ZillowVERIFIED Danny went above and beyond twice in four years for my fiance and myself. When we were searching for our house we had just had our first baby. So Danny was very understanding and took his time showing us multiple houses (over the course of 2 months) until we found the right one. He never pressured us into a house and literally walked us through the whole buying process with a smile. He was extremely helpful and supportive, which made a lasting impression. Fast forward 3 1/2 years, i was offered a new job out of state. So who do i hit up? The best realtor in town of course! Danny set up a time to come over immediately and gave us a few tips (mostly cleaning up the house a bit, we had two beautiful girls at this point ages 3 and 1 that were basically tornado's) to get the house ready to sell. We got it ready to be listed (again Danny walking us through the whole process) and sure enough we got 8 viewings and 2 offers on the first day! We were under contract the very next morning! Then through the next portion (appraisal, inspection, negotiating, etc) he made sure we were informed on everything that was happening, and was in constant communication until we finally closed! All in all Danny is the only person i would recommend to any friends or family, because you can really tell he has really mastered his craft. Not only that, but he also has an amazing heart. He treats each person he takes care of as if they we're part of his family. If you have a chance to work with him, don't pass it up. He truly is a special guy. Thanks for everything Danny!

ZillowVERIFIED I found Danny online like most people do now a days I fell. I actually was interested in a listing that was at his office. He promptly emailed me regarding the house. He then spent ample time asking me questions about what I was looking for, and sent me options of different homes in the area I wanted to buy in. He sent me links to app's for my phone to help me search for homes I might be interested. After about a week of back and forth emailing we set a time to meet. Danny set me up with his wife Tammy. Tammy is actually the one who showed us the homes in the area, and she was amazing. So sweet, and patient. She actually engaged in our buying process. She knew what our goal was and commented on houses she thought would not fit well. One was off a busy street and I was not thrilled about that, we loved the house but the location was not perfect. She actually said that it may not be a good fit for what our goals are and reminded us that if we have these concerns now think about resale. I felt she was honest and was not just trying to sell us a house. When we found a house and wanted to put in an offer her and Danny got right to it. calling the agent, getting paperwork for us, answering all our questions. They helped give me referrals for inspections, and even helped with negotiating things we wanted. Truly an amazing team! I have heard so many horror stories about buying a house and this seemed to be a easy, and painless, fast process. Everything went very smooth, which we were very grateful for. When we went for out final walk through we met Danny he spent time getting to know us and talk to us. He went through the house with us and explained everything. As long as Danny and his wife Tammy are in real estate my family will continue to sell and purchase thought his team. We love our new home and are very grateful to Danny for all his help. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

He was able to produce listing info for everyrhing in our price range and specific neighborhoods in a very timely manner, which could not have been easy because we were all over the board. We especially appreciated the fact that he did not try to show us homes out of our price range. The top notch service continued after we made an offer on home. Danny kept us informed through every step along the way to our closing date. In a day and age where customer service seems to be dead, it was refreshing to work with someone who really cares about his job and his customers!
