When I first connected with Danny and the folks at Washington Fine Properties, I had only just begun taking the steps to becoming a homeowner. I'm a first time home buyer and was nervous about the process, since I had been overwhelmed trying to figure it out on my own. I truly didn't expect it to be such a smooth process, but Danny made everything incredibly easy. It was clear that he had my best interests in mind; he was honest in all of his assessments of homes we toured and discussed not only their current value and how they would fit for me, but also the potential for increase/decrease in market value and which homes would be better investments. My new house was the very first we put an offer in on and the offer was accepted without any negotiation! Danny put in the work to ensure that we were offering a competitive and comparable price, without breaking my budget. There were some hiccups along the way which could have delayed closing or cost me greatly, but Danny worked hard to make sure that we had a strong handle on everything. He worked closely with the seller's agent to make sure both parties were happy at every step, so I never had any concern that something would go wrong.
