ZillowVERIFIED What can I say. She truly is the best from start to finish. We've worked with Danna a few times and every single time she's been an absolute pleasure to work with. The very first property she helped us with was a little more difficult than the norm as we were out of state at the time and didn't want to travel to Florida to look at the property if it truly wasn't what we were looking for. She went to the property and took multiple photos for us to view and paid specific attention to the important things outside of cosmetics (A/C unit, plumbing under sinks, electric panel, etc...) she certainly went above and beyond for us, and we greatly appreciated her efforts. Needless to say, we purchased the home and have loved every moment of it. This recent purchase was seamless as well. After not speaking with Danna for a few years, I reached out to her about another property. She immediately remembered us and knew how we liked to do business which was once again a pleasure. She was responsive, punctual and extremely helpful throughout the process. I would recommend Danna to anyone who's looking for a property. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED FIVE stars are not enough to represent my experience working with Danna! She is patient and encouraging, returned calls promptly and fought for me every step of the way. I live out of town which increased the stress of purchasing a home. Danna made sure all aspects of the purchase stayed on track. I will highly recommend Danna to anyone I know that needs a realtor. She is the BEST!!! Thank you Danna. Madalyn Kerr

ZillowVERIFIED Danna is absolutely amazing! She is extremely attentive, patient, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her, I give her 10+ STARS! My husband and I would not have our beautiful new home if it wasn't for Danna's help. Our mortgage broker was a nightmare, we were planning our wedding and went on our honeymoon all from the time we put in our offer and went to closing 40 days later. If Danna had not stayed on top of everything for us, I think I may have had a breakdown. She handled everything from ordering our inspections to our last minute mobile closing (all because of the horrible mortgage broker)! She held our hand through it all and we'll forever be grateful for everything she did for us!

ZillowVERIFIED Danna was able to help me find just the house I was looking for. Coming to Florida from Wisconsin made the process challenging but Danna was able to make it much easier than it could have otherwise been. Danna's hard work and knowledge of the marker allowed me to make an informed decision on a very important purchase. Thank you Danna!

ZillowVERIFIED "I was lost", no really lost in Cocoa Beech, and was supposed to be in Cocoa, any how Danna figured out where I was and drove out to find me (kinda a rescue) and spend 2 days showing me dozens of property's which led to a return trip from Michigan to finalize a decision. One sold out from under us (she has great insight and judgement in the market and she told me to hurry up) -the other really didn't pass my inspection (I am picky), but in the same development we found a wonderful property which in my minds eyes was exactly what I wanted. Danna was incredibly persistent, knowledgeable, and professional, you will be in great hands - - Customer service sets great businesses apart from the rest. Customers are the reason that businesses exist. Keeping those customers happy means being responsive to their needs and wants. A good customer service experience can turn a one-time customer into a lifelong repeat customer. I will be one, Jim Carpenter

ZillowVERIFIED Danna is 100% responsive to all requests. I think this is one of the most important factors of service. As a person looking to relocate she has been especially dedicated, eager and helpful. I have dealt with different realtors, many of whom brush you off . My being in a modest income bracket has not prejudiced her against expeditious service. Danna handles everything very smoothly and can be relied on to answer all of your questions and not leave you guessing. She's also been very honest, telling me about places that are not in my best interest. I can trust her. You may here a bird in the background when she calls you in the evening from her cell phone, but it sounds very tropical and welcoming.

ZillowVERIFIED I have been working with Danna for many months now, trying to figure out my next living step. Due to the current owner moving back into our home, I have had to find another apartment. (In the right location, with the right sq feet, same appliances, for just about the same price we're currently paying.) It was a little tough since everything has gone up in the past few years, but she found our home! We have now been pre approved to buy a home and she is who we're using. I've worked with many agents and she is by far the most helpful and patient. Within seconds of a text or phone call she responds with the answers I need. Thank you Danna!
