Danita is beyond professional. I was blessed to have her. She found me and my family a home that we very much needed. She communicated with me every steps of the way. Even now! I had a low credit score and still was able to get me into a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom fully fenced yard! When you find one thatll do right by you and your family. You keep them around! Danita is now our family realtor. I recommend her to everyone. Renting? Buying? Doesnt matter shell take care of you! Its not all about the money sometimes, Danita clearly loves what she do!

In the past three years I have brought two homes and sold one having Danita Blow as my real estate professional. She has been an extreme blessing. With each transaction she has advocated for me with lenders, builders and trade workers. Many battles she won I was not aware of until after the matter was completely resolved. She is an exceptional realtor who not only works hard for her clients, but she care for them as well. Prior to the sale of my home, she and her husband prayed with me in my home. Three days after my home was listed for sale, we had three full price offers and two with escalation clauses for amounts over the asking price. Five days after my home was listed it was under contract and we closed 24 days after my house went under contract for more than my asking price. I purchased a new home construction. In life there are challenges with almost everything. Danita successfully walked me through every roadblock, pothole and brick wall. The proof is definitely in the results. I am grateful to say, Danita Did It!
