Danielle is a top-notch agent. I discovered her quite by accident, but she proved to be one of the best real estate agent I have every used. Having a slight disadvantage of selling my home without physically being there (I am in a different state) proved to be of no consequence with Danielle at the wheel. She handled everything totally by phone, text and email. When it came to needing assistance with other things such as recommendations for repairs, movers and cleaning, she was quickly able to provide assistance with those also. She helped us find a vendor to take care of some issues that we knew about prior to listing, but also helped us to find a vendor to take care of issues that the buyers inspection found in a very timely manner. Danielle and her team have been a huge help to us during this whole process. We had a previous realtor who was horrible and dropped us. As soon as she took over, she went to work.
