Danielle went above and beyond to facilitate the sale of our home. She always made herself available at the expense of her own family obligations. Danielle was knowledgeable of the local market as well as having contacts to assist with preparing the home for sale.

If incompetence and lack of professionalism is what you seek than I would highly recommend. If you are not buying/selling a million dollar home than she will make no effort to accommodate you or even perform basic duties as a realtor. We are currently renting a condo in which the home owner uses her as essentially a property manager to fix any issues within our home. So far we have moved in with a family of squirrels living in the walls for almost 2 months and had no a/c for the first month of our lease and only made an effort to fix the a/c issue after we withheld our rent in an escrow account. Any simple request will take weeks/months to be fulfilled and communication is practically nonexistent. She is also not above using demeaning and slanderous terms to you if she becomes irritated with you.

Danielle spent a lot of time helping me find a home with all my requirements. She kept me advised of all listings that pertained to my purchase. Her knowledge of the area was most helpful.

Danielle is great to work with. She always answers my calls and text messages. I have known her many years and find her to be very knowledgeable. She is a true professional along with being very personable and friendly. I highly recommend Danielle to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
