She has so many connections that anytime you needed help she had the answer or made a call. We had septic issues to get resolved and she made calls to the town and septic to make insure it was all done on time. Even when our car broke down right before closing she knew someone who could help us right away. Danielle took the time to view and seek potential properties/opportunities all while understanding our specific situation. ZillowVERIFIED Danielle worked for me as a buyer's and as a seller's broker, and I can't think of a single reason why anyone would use anyone else (we looked at about 100 houses together so believe me - I met everyone else!). Four very important things about her:- She can instantly assess the current value and long-term potential value of a home, and that knowledge informs every bit of guidance she provides, which is plenty.- She could have a lucrative career as a house stager (after she staged my home I almost didn't want to move) but instead her customers get these services for FREE.- She give new meaning to due diligence. True story: She forgot to get an answer about one of the potential condition issues in the home I purchased, so she purchased a Home Shield policy for me at her own expense. WHO DOES THIS?- She knows EVERYONE you need to talk to in every town hall, ALL the best inspectors and service people, and EVERYONE you might need in a pinch to get your house into shape to sell. I still rely on several of the service people she introduced me to.All this, and her team is great too.
