EDUCATION Bachelor of Science (BS), Management concentration in Information Systems, minor in Mathematics, Accounting & Finance - Bridgewater State College, 2002. Master of Business Administration (MBA) - University of Massachusetts (Boston), 2009. UMass Boston College of Management Dean's Award for Excellence, 2009. Coursework includes entrepreneurship, marketing, and negotiating. WORK EXPERIENCE Before real estate, I spent 10 years with a financial giant working within a technical and customer experience division as both a hardware/software technician and project manager. Now, as a full time agent/broker I am a REALTOR, and also have specializations and designations as a Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). I am working towards my Military Relocation Professional (MRP) . I have been a top agent at prior brokerages, and was more recently noted as a 2014 Best of Trulia Top Agent & have received the Five Star Professional award for the last 10 years (2015-2025). I have worked with buyers, sellers, landlords, renters, and investors. While I have the ability to assist on all levels, many of my clients are first time buyer, first time sellers, with a heavy focus on Veteran Programs. My favorite aspects of RE consulting are Client service, Analysis, Capital Preservation, and Negotiating and teaching related topics at local home buying & selling seminars. I am both a homeowner and landlord. RECENT STATS personally include five successful listings sold in my hometown of West Roxbury in 2025, and two purchases, with a few others sprinkled in through Massachusetts. Parkway Real Estate will close out over $2 million in volume for 2025, of which, as the broker, I had a hand in each transaction ensuring we are compliant with paperwork and assisting our clients to the absolute best of our ability. Not reliable, I could not count or rely on fully, plenty of bait and switch lies. It was a dishonorable and hostile experience. Was brushed off, betrayed, my mother with medical needs was rapidly abandoned, by nonsense response that someone should reach back out due to the agents personal family needs, which happened several times before. Everything backfired when I intervened the owner, she clearly has a different agenda and path which is not aligned with any integrity and or transparency Its monkey business as they prioritize family, with lack of focus for customer needs with time sensitive rental prospects Nightmare and wasteful experience, they lack in focus with attention to detail. They kept using dated pictures when I asked them to take pictures of newer appliances, very sloppy performance The owner remains in deep denial, and is committed to her Agent, and stands fully by her wrongdoings that have created only more harm then good

Very positive experience. Very Professional. Has a great photographer she works with who made our house look beautiful when selling. We had multiple offers so she was able to negotiate a second round of offers to get us more than our asking price.
