Danielle Moody

I am dedicated to all my clients, from investors to first time home buyers. I have an extensive background with experience in multifamily properties, land use/zoning, flipping houses and new construction. As an investor and rental owner myself, I love tracking down the perfect property for each of my Buyer's unique set of wants and needs. I also work as a designer on multiple projects with my husband, Garner Moody, owner of Lloyd Development. Keeping my finger constantly on the pulse of the Portland Metro market, I'm ready to present Sellers with a plan for preparation and price to get them the most money in the least amount of time. With a reputation of being ethical, trustworthy and communicative, I aim to be your Realtor for life.

When not working, my husband and I love finding family friendly hikes that are great for both our 3-year-old son, Mason, and our aging Swiss mountain dog/Lab mix, Ruby. I'm also a voracious reader and am happiest when buried in a great crime novel. But most of my time is spent being a multitasking queen! I can cook a meal, do the laundry, clean up the house, send a couple emails, keep the kiddo entertained - all while enjoying a nice cup of coffee (or wine if it's dinner time!).
