She was always just one call away if we had any questions (and we had ALOT) even at late/early hours; where normally people would be "off the clock." We always felt like she was just as excited about finding our new home as we were. We didn't have the easiest of close processes (not Danielles fault) but she drove every detail to completion. We have purchased other homes in the past, but Danielle was hands down the most dedicated realtor through the entire process. Our prior experiences had realtors shift once under contract - wanting to rush through a close and move on. Not so with Danielle. We selected Danielle after interviewing many agents carefully, as We were especially impressed with her tenure on the island, knowledge of estate, zoning, tax, social, legal and general construction expertise issues. Danielle saved our purchase as in the middle of escrow we lost our lender. Danielle found a new one for us and she really worked hard to complete the complex sale. She masterfully guided the sale to closing and is now providing us with reputable contractor sources for our big rebuild job and adding sound advice. Great in timely communications, clear, concise expertise in every aspect of this very difficult sale, trustworthy.
