Ive had agents in the past just sit back and let the market do the work for them and even though this is still a sellers market, this is not how Danielle works. She hustles and advertises and holds an open house. Danielle evaluated the specific details of each, presented them to me so that I understood the options of each and offered her option on which one might be the best option. The contract process went quickly. Following the home inspection, the buyer asked for four repairs that I went over with Danielle. I appreciated her experience in this area as it was new to me. She was always in contact with me as the repairs took place and very responsive to my text/emails. And this followed through well after my COE. The buyer allowed me to lease back my house and she managed that process for me. Everything went very smoothly. ZillowVERIFIED A friend of mine recommended Danielle back in 2010 when my husband and I were ready to buy our first house together (for which we still live in). Danielle was awesome back then and we knew she would be perfect again to help my mom (who is 77 years old) sell a home in Northeast Phoenix, and financially downsize to a home in Sun City. You will not find a more dedicated Realtor! Mom is not tech-savvy at all (still uses a flip-phone), so I also needed to be in the mix from beginning to end. Danielle had to do a bit of double work, due to keeping both mom and myself involved in both the sale and purchase. She was patient and professional, explained things thoroughly and always had mom?s best interest when making suggestions. We sold mom?s house (having four offers over asking price in the first 36 hours of viewings) and purchased in Sun City ? all within 30 days! Danielle was always available, and fast to respond. She is extremely knowledgeable and will truly have your back from beginning to end. She goes above and beyond ? which I don?t think you tend to find that often anymore. Also wanted to mention that the photographer that Danielle uses for the home sale photos is incredible and Stephanie Rogers (RE/MAX Transaction Manager) was awesome! What it boils down to is Danielle and her team will do their best and you cannot go wrong!
