I say acquire because when my banked failed to deliver the loan at the last hour, Danielle used her extensive network to locate a Mortgage company that could issue the loan in a timely fashion and save the deal. She was very patient and helpful as we took almost 9 months to decide and purchase a house. She is proactive and not the typical Real Estate Agent that sets appts and waits.
