Brandy worked with us for over 6 months, making sure to figure out what we loved and be just as picky as we were. The housing market being what it was in March 2024, when the house we inevitably bought popped up on the market Brandy secured us a showing within 2 hours of the house being listed. We went in, looked at it, and Brandy took the extra time to weigh pros and cons of the house. Every second of working with Brandy felt personalized, and I always felt like Brandy was fighting for our family, not for the sale. Due to no fault of her own, the closing process ended up being long and tedious, but Brandy did everything in her power to speed it along, including calling the seller?s lawyer to hurry needed documents to make sure we could close and move in before our apartment lease ended. I was sad when everything was done and over because it meant we didn?t have a reason to work with Brandy again. She is very knowledgeable, and the absolute best realtor to have on your side when buying a house. When I tell you that Brandy was available when needed, you best believe she was up at 11:30pm working on our offer documents just to make sure it was the first offer in. I would recommend Brandy to anyone and everyone.
