ZillowVERIFIEDDanielle was so sweet. She was very knowledgeable, she helped in every way, she went above and beyond to ensure that all Is were dotted and all Ts were crossed. It was pure chance our paths crossed but I'm sure glad we met. This process was beyond easy and me and my girls love our new house. Ill recommend her any day!!
ZillowVERIFIEDExcellent. Did great. She helps me find good homes. When I am ready to buy in the location I will use her services again. I will work on my credit score and hopefully get approved for a home again.
ZillowVERIFIEDDanielle was incredibly unresponsive and unprofessional. I was repeatedly told I would find out about next stages of a housing process or any news the following day and then would be ghosted. I lost other options while I waited for her. She never responded to phone calls, text messages or emails. Her supervisor was also equally unresponsive even though they both initially sounded like they were on top of my offer. Would not recommend putting your time, money, or property into anything ZMD Realty is doing.
ZillowVERIFIEDDanielle made me very comfortable when purchasing my first home. She guided me through, step by step. She was very attentive to my needs. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. She gets the job done.
