ZillowVERIFIED Danni was nothing short of outstanding. Even after we closed on the property, due to a family emergency, she met with a contractor to insure our scheduled appointment. I have bought and sold several properties and have never been more impressed. Her timely response, knowledge, and effort to accommodate was so appreciated. Danni could not have kinder or more delightful to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Danni is easily one of the most considerate and thoughtful realtors I've ever met. Never once did we feel pressured into nor out of any of our decisions in the homebuying process. At the same time, Danni had our best interests in mind and made sure we were aware of the intricacies that surround homebuying negotiations. I would not hesitate to send any of my closest friends or family in her direction for their home buying or selling needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Danni was such a pleasure to work with! I am moving to St Louis from out of state so she offered to drive me and my friend to the different viewings as we did not have a car. One offer fell through and she was quick to assist on revisiting a different condo. She was consistent on keeping me updated and answering my many questions. She worked with the selling agent to get everything I wanted. Overall Danni did an amazing job and is super friendly. Highly recommend her :)

ZillowVERIFIED Danni was incredible to work with! We chose her as our buyers agent and one week later, found our now house. We were very concerned, in this market, how quickly we would find a house and were planning to be looking all summer, into fall. We got accepted on the first offer we put down and closed less than one month after first viewing our dream home. She is very knowledgeable and helped us a lot with being first time home buyers. She is very responsive and kept us up to date on every little thing! She gave us great advice but also listened to what we wanted. I would recommend Danni a million times over!

ZillowVERIFIED As out of state buyers relocating to St. Louis, local knowledge was a huge reason we chose to work with Danni. She is extremely easy to work worth, very flexible with any situation/schedule, and has a fantastic network of professionals to help a home buyer through every aspect of the process, even after the sale goes through. Most importantly, we never felt pressured by her to overpay or rush a sale, she truly does have her client's best interests at heart. Thanks Danni!

ZillowVERIFIED Danni was absolutely amazing to work with! As a first-time home buyer, I was worried about not fully understanding the home-buying process, but that didn't matter since Danni essentially took care of everything for me. She ensured that I was always in the loop and that I knew exactly what was going on every step of the way. Danni also had great recommendations for me to check out for lenders, inspectors, handymen, and anything else I needed, and she still encouraged me to do my own research to ensure I was getting the best deal. I honestly cannot recommend Danni enough. She's fun to work with, professional, and incredible at her job; she's exactly what you want and need in a relator.

ZillowVERIFIED Danni was absolutely wonderful to work with! We are new to the area and she made us feel confident with the areas we were looking in, plus was quick to answer any questions we had about certain locations. When looking at homes, she went out of her way to point out things that might add additional financial costs which we greatly appreciated and seemed very knowledgeable in that area. Danni communicated well with us throughout our entire experience, and made the closing process a breeze. We would highly recommend working with her!

ZillowVERIFIED Danni was awesome to work with. She made the entire process so enjoyable and easy. There were times when we were looking at properties, she would crawl back in spots, I wasn't about to go. Her knowledge of structures and what to look for was an added bonus. She was in touch immediately, and even submitted our contract when she was on vacation! (which was accepted). I have and will continue to recommend Danni to anyone looking for a property. ZillowVERIFIED My sister recommended Danny, as I was buying property out of state. And she was her agent when she bought her house. Danny made the whole process so easy and smooth. She is very knowledgeable in her field. Helped me with every question I had. Living in different state, often I would forget about time difference and call to ask a question. And never once felt she's bothered with me. She's right there guiding me through. Helping with everything I needed. I had so much confidence and trust in her, that I bought a house with out ever seeing it in person. I am amazed how professional and yet kind and helpful she is. I strongly recommend Danny if you're buying or selling. Danny, I give you hundred stars ?? not only five. You are a rockstar!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I would recommend Danni to any of my friends as she was helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable about the entire process. She has been working in the Saint Louis area for the last ten plus years and her experience shows in her honest and deep knowledge about the home buying process. Especially in today's market, you need a realtor who will tell you like it is when it comes to prices and negotiation and Danni will ensure that you are fully informed before making any offers. Especially for first-time buyers signing with a realtor who has connections to all necessary parties for a home sale or purchase is great for peace of mind as you can see that all of the companies she works with will also tell you that she is one of the best.
