She spent nearly 2 hours answering all my questions, providing a great deal of information and advice. After she gave me her proposed listing price, which matched my research exactly, I knew she was the perfect Agent on my list of three. I hired her at the end of the meeting. No need to interview others. Danielle went to work immediately, scheduling inspections and a professional photographer. ZillowVERIFIED We were out of town sellers. She knew the market and priced the house perfectly. It sold in one day and closed escrow in 21 days. The house had been a rental and needed some work. Danielle found all the workers for us (painter, handiman and housecleaner) and got them to look at the house and provide an estimate the one day we were in Stockton. The estimates were reasonable. As one example, the cost of the work after the pest inspection was cut in half using the person she recommended. She also arranged all necessary inspections and dealt with the companies. Danielle handled everything for us and was constantly available when we needed her. We were newbies at all this so she walked us through all the docu-sign issues, etc. We highly recommend Danielle Handcastle as a realtor in the Stockton, CA area.

She truly listened to my preferences and allowed me to come to a decision on my own. Having said that, she was always there to offer intuitive opinions and advice as a seasoned agent with years of experience. Throughout the process of submitting my offer and getting through my lightning quick escrow, she was supportive, accessible, and very responsive. She knew what to expect and made sure I didn't feel any hiccups that may have occurred.
