I reached out to Danielle on a whim. My brother and I were struggling to handle the selling of our fathers house. We were passed on and strung along in the process so much already, we were at our wits end. When I talked with Danielle she was amazing. She walked us through everything with such care and compassion. We live in a different state so this whole process is very intimidating when you're running in blind. Danielle reached out to us almost every day with updates, questions, and etc. I can barely articulate how much of a blessing she was in this whole stressful time. When we finally reached the finish line, we were so thankful that we had all the support and guidance that she gave. She's absolutely amazing. If you want a realtor who will go above and beyond for you, Danielle is an excellent choice. If I ever need to buy or sell in Oregon again, shes my first choice.

We had a great experience working with Danielle Geving. As folks living out of state and seeking to buy an empty lot to build a tiny home on wheels community, our project required special attention from the realtor. It was important for us that we could rely on Danielle in all matters and that communication was smooth. Each of our visits required multiple days of travelling. Therefore, it was important to us to have productive meetings, get quickly an idea of what our options are, and generally work efficiently. Danielle has taken our project seriously and helped us find a lot that is ideal for our project. Danielle was very patient and knowledgeable. She was able to explain things to me so I could understand. She responded to any and all text and emails promptly. Danielle was incredibly helpful during our home buying process! My wife and I are first time homebuyers and were very new to this whole process. Danielle was always willing to explain things that we didnt fully understand! She also made herself available to view homes at random hours to accommodate our work schedules.
