Review Tommy is both thoughtful and thorough as a real estate agent. We are newlyweds and this was our first home together and we were buying during an unstable economy. Our anxieties and fears were high, but Tommy met with us to review the contract, house buying process and discuss all our concerns/questions?and we had a lot of them! He was knowledgeable, never rushed us through the process and offered his wisdom when we seemed to need it most. Tommy and Danielle tag-teamed showing us houses and we saw a lot! My wife and I each had our lists of must haves; the Dolans were always available for a quick tour and would even text us options that met our criteria. The biggest help was when we put an offer down and started negotiating. Tommy and Danielle are true advocates for their clients? needs. You want a real estate agent like these two in this space. Review Oh my gosh, I cant tell you how impressed and thankful I was during our journey with Danielle. We came into this process with no idea what we were doing, what questions we needed to ask, or what the process looked like. Danielle was patient in answering all of our questions, proactively bringing up things for us to watch out for or look for, and keeping a positive, fun attitude throughout everything. A couple things that really set Danielle apart -- - She was incredibly responsive and present. Shed give us her whole Saturday to house hunt, never complained about us wanting to see everything around town, and even met us the night of a couple times when we saw a new listing we liked. -She was really sharp about how to structure an offer and when to pull different tricks to give us a leg up. We wouldnt have gotten our house if she hadnt recommended an escalation clause. - She is just so dang delightful of a person. Fun to be around, super kind and attentive -- it made incredibly stressful days a fun experience. I honestly cant recommend Danielle enough. In one of the most insane and stressful experiences Ive ever gone through, she was the most buttoned up and on-my-team professional Ive ever encountered in any experience.

We started working with Danielle in 2017 and she found us a great starter home in what we thought was a very crazy real estate market. Review Danielle worked with me when the condo market had very low inventory. Few properties were available. Those that were available went under agreement before I could even view them! Danielle put together a flyer and went door-to-door in a development that especially interested me to determine if anyone was contemplating selling. She went above and beyond on all fronts. In addition, she was very responsive and maintained contact with me throughout the process.
