ZillowVERIFIEDOur Real Estate Agent was Danielle Ballou from Donahue RE. I cant say enough great things about her. She was so easy to work with and with absoultly NO pressure when showing us properties. She always responded to emails and questions if she didnt know the answer she would find out for us ASAP! She listened to us and knew exactly what we were looking for and went above and beyond to find it for us!! We would highly recommend Danielle to any of our friends and family!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe had a wonderful experience working with Danielle as our buyers agent! Danielle was patient, knowledgeable, and always realistic about what we could expect in a competitive sellers market. She took the time to truly understand what we were looking for and never pressured us into anything that didnt feel right. Despite the challenges of the market, Danielle went above and beyond to help us explore every option and stay hopeful. Thanks to her dedication and expertise, we finally found our dream home! We couldnt be more grateful and would highly recommend her to anyone navigating the home buying process!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe were beyond impressed by Danielle and her professionalism. She was so knowledgeable and easy to work with, couldn't have asked for anyone better! Danielle was there for every silly question we threw at her, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. She made a typically stressful process so easy, I will recommend her to everyone we know!!
ZillowVERIFIEDDanielle was amazing in helping us find our first home during a very tough buyer's market. She was very patient with all of our questions, and extremely knowledgeable. She attended countless showings with us, to help us narrow down the traits we were looking for in our dream home. She was very encouraging throughout the entire process, and was always checking in with us to make sure we were all on the same page. I know that we would not be in our home now if it wasn't for her!
ZillowVERIFIEDDanielle worked tirelessly on our behalf, and we were grateful to have her on our team! We moved from out of state, with a toddler and a dog, while I was 7 months pregnant aEUR" it was A LOT! She first helped us find our rental - she attended all of the open houses and facetimed with us. She even walked around the block, so we could see the neighborhoods get a lay of the land from 1000 miles away. She reviewed the rental agreement and made sure we understood the relevant details. When it came time to buy our forever home a year later Danielle was empathetic and understanding; she maintained a positive attitude throughout our ups and downs due to the wild 2022 real estate market. She was always available to answer questions, share her point of view, and point out things we had not thought of. She effectively leveraged her network and experience to negotiate during our purchase. She was there from start to finish during our two BIG moves, and we are so thankful for all of her hard work!
ZillowVERIFIEDDanielle was awesome through the whole process. She guided me through every step of the way, which was super important for me as a first time single homebuyer with a tight budget. I was looking at a wide geographical range, which Danielle was totally cool with and helped me weigh the pros and cons, logistics of each and offered her own thoughts without being pushy or overly positive or negative. She balances honesty and professionalism well. Ultimately we found a great place that I overlooked at first. She always ran comps to help me shape my offers and despite such an insane market she always let me take my time and alleviated my stress.
ZillowVERIFIEDWhat it's like to work with a FRIEND? Amazing! A true friend LISTENS, a true friend TAKES CARE of you, a true friend is HONEST with you, a true friend makes sure that you MAKE RIGHT DECISIONS and even argues with you, if you don't! Danielle Ballou is a highly intelligent, knowledgeable, friendly, open and sincere person. She is an enthusiastic and resourceful agent. She does not fail her client. She is always there to advise her client and help them anyway she can. It was an absolute pleasure working with her, having her as my agent - and as my FRIEND. A delightful experience! Thank you very much Danielle!

She came over and made suggestions on changes to make to make sure the pictures were perfect and they came out amazing and then she handled two very busy days of open houses.
