ZillowVERIFIEDDaniela is professional with a personal touch. We loved working with her to find the house we really wanted. She worked to understand our home needs and wants, and patiently found our perfect place! Once in, she didn't disappear, but rather continued to assist in any way we needed, with help to really make our new house our home! I can't recommend Daniela Dundara- Staub highly enough. She is patient, does her homework and makes the home shopping experience fun and productive. We will definitely use Daniela to sell our house when we are ready, and to buy our next nest!

ZillowVERIFIED Daniela was great to work with from start to finish. I was new to the process not having bought a home before, but she guided me the whole way--from showing me relevant properties, to helping me with the mortgage company and real estate attorney, and even through the bidding process. She was able to answer any questions I had, and the whole thing went pretty smoothly.

ZillowVERIFIED Daniela has been a terrific real estate agent for us. In total she sold two houses for us and was our agent for buying one house. In 2010, when we purchased our home in Congers through her she also sold our house in Nyack in just one week, amazing effectiveness. She is always available and answers calls in the shortest of time. In addition to good professional advise she also has a network of support people, from plumbing to electricians, or just general help, which makes moving into a newly purchased home easy and with confidence. In short, she is an excellent realtor all around, I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED I truly enjoyed working with Daniela, she was amazing in every capacity of the purchasing process. My husband and I must have dragged her to about 100 homes and each and every time she showed us a home she did so with patience and her knowledge of the market was instrumental in finding our house. There were times that our availability to view homes were limited to certain hours and days and she accommodated us each time. Her patience through the process was unreal. I highly recommend Daniela - she is simply amazing.

ZillowVERIFIED Daniela was great in helping me purchase the short sale house I wanted in Sparkill. She has the patience of a saint. I had to make several trips to the house with contractors etc. and Daniela made it very easy for me to do what I needed to. When I finally decided to go for it, someone else wanted it too. They were going to pay cash, fix it, and rent it out. Its hard to compete with someone paying cash. I just wanted it as a home for my daughter and I. She was very supportive, told me to hang in and not give up. Within a week the other person walked away from the house. Daniela put my offer into the bank and was persistent in following up. My offer was accepted and I closed on December 3rd. I would recommend her to anyone trying to buy or sell a home. THANK YOU DANIELA!!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were moving to the Nyack area from Brooklyn and had a find a home and move in fairly quickly. Daniela came highly recommended by a friend so we began our search. After looking at just a few houses, Daniela knew exactly what we wanted. She told us about a home that we would love, but the seller had taken it off the market. Daniella was so convinced of this match that she managed to arrange for us to meet the owner, see the house and 9 years later the rest is history! Daniela has extremely keen instincts and is honest and hard working. She also manages to make house hunting, which can be stressful, a fun experience. We highly recommend using Daniela's services to anyone buying or selling a home. P.S. Daniela met us on the porch of our new home the night we moved in with a housewarming gift! Thank you Daniela!

ZillowVERIFIED Daniela gave us great advice when we were selling - what we needed to fix up, what to sell the house for, even some great redecorating ideas! She was available and incredibly supportive as we went through the process. We couldn't have been happier.

ZillowVERIFIED Daniela was an amazing resource when we moved to Rockland. Since we were new to the area, she gave us excellent recommendations for everything from our mortgage broker to painters to babysitters! We lived an hour away and had a baby on the way, so Daniela did all she could to minimize our driving back and forth--letting contractors in for work, facilitating the work the sellers were required to do, etc. I truly believe she went above and beyond for us, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Rockland County.

ZillowVERIFIED Daniela worked as a buyer's agent for me, and was extremely helpful. She knows the area and the people very well, and was showed honesty and integrity - I never thought that she was just trying to sell me a house. After showing me several properties, and finding me the one that I ultimately purchased, she was very helpful and understanding during what turned into a long and drawn-out complicated deal. And, she's a lot of fun! If I ever buy another house around here again I'll be using Daniela's services in the future, and I wholeheartedly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Daniela was indispensable in helping us sell our home. She helped with everything from the listing to the staging to the close. We got an offer in 2 weeks. We could have never have sold for so quickly and at such a good price if it weren't for her help. And, she is an absolute pleasure to work with!

ZillowVERIFIED I would like to recommend Daniela with enthusiasm and without reservation. I have known Daniela for many years and I can say that her engaging, sharp and pleasant personality is always present. I and my husband purchased one home and sold another with Daniela as our agent. On both ends of the transactions she used extraordinary professionalism and was extremely effective when advocating for the buyer, and then for the seller, with very fast and effective results. She is very reassuring as your agent and posses very a broad range of knowledge. She also has a vast network of people and resources that worked with her over the years that insures that any difficulty can be resolved, weather it relates to repairs, legal advice or other matters that are important to home purchasers or sellers. In short, I cannot be more enthusiastic recommending Daniela to help purchase or to sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Daniela was knowledgable and patient. It took a long time for us to find the right house for our blended family and when we did, she handled everything brilliantly. She even paid us a visit once we were settled in. It was very easy to work with her and I will do it again if and when the time comes.
