She is very unprofessional. I had a home scheduled to view. Nothing was ever said about needing pre approval or proof of funds before the viewing. I have seen other homes on Zillow without these things also. Shortly before the view time Daniela contacted me via text and asked me if I had these things done, I told her no. She said we would need them to view the house. I then called her and told her she never said that I needed these papers and the homes are did not mention this. She then hung up on me and I got a text notification that my appointment had been cancelled. I called the realtor listed on the ad and she seems to be lovely so far. But this women Daniela is not worth your time to work with.
