We had a great experience with Dan and Nicole right from the start. He was the first to contact us when we posted looking for Realtors in our area and came to meet with us in a day or so after talking to him to make an assessment of our house to arrive at a satisfactory selling price. He came prepared with comps and a list of recent homes that sold in our HOA community to help arrive at a suggested selling price that matched our own thinking exactly. Our home sold in 30 days after sufficient showings and an open house that resulted in two offers for the same amount a little lower than our asking price. We closed in one month and then closed on our new home in NC the following week. Dan and Nicole worked tirelessly to sell our home communicating with us frequently as if we were their only client. We are extremely happy we chose Dan and were completely satisfied with their service and our ultimate end results. We highly recommend using Dan for your intended real estate transaction. You will be as happy as we were.

ZillowVERIFIED Dan helped us through a very tough sale of our house. Our house had plenty of showings and Dan really made a great listing. The buyers of our house were highly inexperienced and did not have enough money to buy a house. Needless to say, Dan fought for our rights and held his own against the buyers and their realtor who also had no clue what he was doing and tried to get every penny from us. Our sale went through after a painful 3 weeks of the buyers missing deadlines, faulting on their mortgage approval, and waiting to literally the last hour before closing was to happen to say they wanted specific items back in the house. Dan is a good guy and will work with you to get a fair sale on both parties accounts (given the other party is also as nice!).

ZillowVERIFIED Daniel is great at negotiation. He understands his clients' needs to the point and doesn't waste time. We have been looking for houses for about 6 months and visited around 80 houses. We met Daniel at an open house and changed our realtor and picked Daniel. He discussed with us for two weeks. The first house he has shown, was THE HOUSE for us. The sellers were difficult to handle, and Daniel handled the closing very nicely. I recommend working with Daniel if you know what you want and looking for a realtor to fit to your busy working schedule.
