Sammy is very Epitome Of what a real estate agent should be. Professional, knowledgeable, experienced, personable and willing to go the extra mile always to keep you informed during the process of buying a home. My wife and I worked with Sammy for over two years to find the right home and despite our incredibly picky requirements on what would satisfy us, Sammy was there with us all the way through it and never failed to show up during early, late hours, weekends, or whatever worked for us and our young children in order to show us homes. Even if it was just a longshot or clearly out of our budget, he went the extra mile to make sure that we got to see it and got the best shot we could at it. At one point during the process, my three year-old daughter even asked why Sammy wasnt with us at our Christmas time family gathering because she just assumed he was part of the family after all the time he had spent with us. We now are living in our first home we own and absolutely love it. It is in great part due to SammyaEUR~s diligence and knowledge that guided us to making the best decision for our family and allowed us to get the majority of everything that we wanted out of the home. As a first time homebuyer, I could not have imagined navigating this process without him at my side, and I would only hope that everyone is so lucky to find a true professional like him to walk this Journey with. Should the time ever come to sell our home and move onto the next, Sammy will be the first call I make.

Kira Halpern helped us renovate and sell my in-laws home in the Berkeley Hills in 2024. She was incredible. She coordinated about a dozen different service people including roofers, painters, window installers, wood floor installers, plumbers, electricians, an appliance installer and landscapers. She shopped for materials and did many odd jobs herself. She put up with our fussing over paint colors. She helped us find an outlet for selling furniture, and took at least one load to the recycling center herself. And I know she did more behind the scenes. When it came time to price the home she gave us enough information about other local sales to set a reasonable price. The final sale came in right within the range that she had predicted. She knows the local market and she seems to be especially experienced in dealing with the estates. We hit it off immediately when we met. I found her direct and honest, as well as kind. It was an absolute pleasure working with her, and we feel like she earned every cent of the commission.

Simply the best! We had a fantastic experience selling our home with Kira. Corinne is *the best* agent I could have ever asked for. As a first time homeowner that knew nothing about buying or caring for a house, I feel truly blessed to have found Corinne to represent me through the buying process. She is patient, a fierce advocate, and acts with the utmost integrity. She happily showed any property I was even remotely interested in, inspecting every single house meticulously for defects or signs of damage. During the search, Corinne was perceptive enough to understand not only what I wanted in a first home (including wants I didnt even verbalize!), but also what I could afford and what I should be willing to pay for the best value. I will never forget how Corinne dissuaded me from purchasing at least three of the properties we toured because they were not worth the price, in subpar locations, in poor condition, etc. because she would not have advised her own friend or family member to have done so. Going through the home search process with Corinne was like doing so with a long time friend or close family member who wants to make sure you are happy, but one who has tons of experience in home buying. She was always honest and clearly always looking out for my best interests. It was also such a relief to buy my first home with someone like Corinne who *really* knew what she is doing and always had the patience to go the extra mile. During the escrow process, she called and met with multiple contractors, carpenters, landscapers, inspectors, you name it in her network to negotiate the best prices for the best work. She even *crawled under the house herself* with a contractor to inspect the foundation and discuss a fair price for dry rot repair. You truly cannot make these things up! Because she has so much experience with the local market, she was always one step ahead and never without a plan during the negotiation process. Yet somehow Corinne was always attentive to my comfort level and keenly aware of my risk tolerance with every move we made before closing. The home buying process is long and can be stressful, so I suggest having Corinne - with her knowledge, optimism, and good sense of humor - in your corner and it will feel like a breeze!

Many of our friends and family are surprised that we have aEURoea realtoraEUR?, but Corinne Petit is absolutely one of those professionals you come back to time and time again. We enjoyed working with Corinne so much that, years after she helped us purchase our first home, we asked her to help us sell as well. Despite the challenging market, Corinne navigated us through the sale of our home, a condominium with high monthly HOA dues and an unusual flood insurance situation. Corinne has always been very communicative, responding to emails, texts, and calls in a timely fashion, oftentimes sooner than we expected! She kept track of the huge number of todos that selling entails and made the process straightforward and easy for us. Reading disclosure packets is a chore and while you should always read the packets yourself, Corinnes sharp and experienced eye helped direct our attention to the most relevant parts. When you work with Corinne, you work with her team of experts. They helped in so many ways, from evaluating where we could remodel to improve our homes value to staging and photography. We particularly appreciated Corinne's strong ethical standards for her team as well. We had confidence that everyone Corinne worked with was someone we'd be happy to work with.
