Dan is an amazing realtor! As a first time homebuyer, Dan walked me through the process and made sure that I was knowledgeable at each step. After purchasing my home, I had enough insight to teach a course for first time homebuyers because of Dans willingness to be patient with me and teach me the ins and outs of real estate. On top of all of that, Dan is a genuinely amazing person. He works with you to make sure that you feel supported and to make sure you are finding the best bang for your buck! He puts the time in to get to know you and what you like so that you find the home you desire. I highly recommend Dan to all buyers and sellers that want a realtor that is knowledgeable, passionate, down to earth, sincere, and a lifelong connection. Dan will get it done! Working with Dan to purchase my first home was a great experience. Although my purchase was outside of Dan's typical selling area, he made sure to find the answers to any question I had; even when my questions were driven by late night anxiety. I appreciated Dans explanation(s) of each part of the process, contingency addendum(s), etc. I am most appreciative Dan was willing to start the process by immediately scheduling a viewing, taking an hour (plus) trek out to the property with me, and kept his cool throughout. From the onset I was very impressed with Mr. Wheeler's professionalism and process involved for selling my home. Everything was clearly explained. The process was not perfect due to no fault of Mr. Wheeler and he worked day and night to resolve a challenge with the first contract..
