On top of all of that, Dan is a genuinely amazing person. He works with you to make sure that you feel supported and to make sure you are finding the best bang for your buck! He puts the time in to get to know you and what you like so that you find the home you desire. Although my purchase was outside of Dan's typical selling area, he made sure to find the answers to any question I had; even when my questions were driven by late night anxiety. I appreciated Dans explanation(s) of each part of the process, contingency addendum(s), etc. I am most appreciative Dan was willing to start the process by immediately scheduling a viewing, taking an hour (plus) trek out to the property with me, and kept his cool throughout. Mr. Wheeler realestate skills and professionalism were dead on, not only did Dan, (I call him) assure me and my family that the house would be sold but that his team at Bradford Reality would also provide assistance with moving any furniture/ junk out the house for our convience to make for a smooth transition. Through the moving process Mr. Wheeler had our house listed in one week of me signing a contract and shortly after there was a open house for viewing for potential serious buyers. As no sell of a large estate goes 100% perfect there were certain challenges when it came to title work but Dan and his team worked tirelessly to help get each issue resolved and for that I greatly appreciate it! It took roughly 6months to get our house sold and ushered into closing with very little upheaval. ZillowVERIFIED I'm very glad I chose Dan as my real estate agent. It was not easy finding a home within the price range I had to work with but Dan made it happen. It took months to find the right home for me. Dan was there on weekdays, after work hours, on weekends, he was there whenever I needed him to be; always worried about my convenience. He also did anything to make my home search easier for me. One time I didn't know how to get to a property by myself and Dan actually picked me up and took me there, without me asking him to, he just offered. He always had a good friendly personality but what I really liked about Dan was that he wasn't in a rush to have me buy just any property so he could be done with me. He always made sure to not make me feel pressured into buying something I wasn't pleased with. Working with Dan was wonderful and he deserves more than the 5 stars allotted for this review.
