ZillowVERIFIED Dan was honestly a godsend. I am possibly high strung, kind of anxious, and was a first time homebuyer in a tough market. Dan is so laid back and chill, but definitely hustles. The first time I spoke to to Dan, I literally asked him to show me a listing the same day and he made it happen. My home buying process was a long one, and there were so many times I wanted to give up. I remember being extremely frustrated with the market once (homes were going under contract before I could even look at them!) and Dan was so reassuring and told me that we would keep going and do what it takes to get me in my first home. Dan is extremely responsive, always got me into see listings extremely quickly, and was just a pleasure to work with. One of the best things about Dan is that he is zero pressure. I had worked with other realtors who I felt were pressuring me to make offers. I could have the silliest reason to not like a home and Dan was basically like ok, whatever you want. On the flip side, he wrote what felt like a gazillion offers for me, made sure to work fast to get me into listings that were a good fit. Im so appreciative for the time Dan dedicated to making sure I managed to get into my own home, like I dreamed of. I completely recommend Dan and he will be my first call should I decide to list my home and buy another.

Communication is huge for me and Dan along with everyone he worked with was very responsive and quick to answer texts/phone calls back. We found an awesome house and Dan and his team were able to get the house for us for BELOW the appraisal price. In this market, where the average person is overpaying $30k-$50k on homes, this was a true steal. He is also a good person overall. From the very start of the process all the way through the end Dan went above and beyond in walking me through every step of the way as a first time home-buyer. He even went outside of his regular real estate area in order to find me the perfect home which is a testament to this mans dedication to service for his clients. He not only did the real estate agents part of the homebuying process but he even picked up the slack for my lawyer whom although very competent, was at times extremely hard to get into contact with, at which point Dan would then get me all the information that I was trying to find out for me instead. Then to top it all off in this market where you see houses going for as much as 100K above asking, Dan was not only able to get me a home AT ASKING PRICE but then even was able to negotiate an ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT from the seller. I could not have asked for a better realtor and will absolutely go to him again in the future for my next real estate ordeal.

The confidence and energy Dan held during his initial phone call to me, peaked my interest and I agreed to meet with him to discuss potentially working together in some capacity. Dan was so confident and professional he had me and my husband sold immediately. He had a professional photographer in my house, taking the most stunning pictures, within 24 hours of our first meeting. Dan knew exactly what price to list our condo based on what other specific units we had competing in the neighborhood. We had our first open house that weekend, along with tons of showings the first week. We had an offer and negotiation of only 2.5k below our asking price in less than a week of Dan listing the condo. We closed on the condo in about 30 days. Dan is confident, high energy, and extremely serious about his clients and his business. He is beyond personable and friendly.
