Dan is the type of real estate agent you want in your corner...he was always accessible, professional and kind. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He would almost always accommodate your schedule for showing the houses. He gave his honest opinion of the houses... he just wasn't looking for a sale. He wanted to make sure you were buying the right house and that you were going to be happy. Even after you put the down payment on the house he stayed around to help the lawyers where, in my experience, the real estate agent usually disappeared and left the rest to the lawyers, never to be seen again. Even after the closing he still made himself accessible if you had any questions. Dan takes his job seriously and it shows!!
