ZillowVERIFIED A friend of mine recommended Danny Sanders to me. My husband wanted to look at waterfront lots on Lake Keowee. I contacted Danny and he was able to take us around, tell us about the lake, neighborhoods, and local establishments on short notice. We are not local to the area. He was able to steer us away from areas we thought we might be interested in that didn't fit what we were really looking for and focus our search. While I expected to just be getting a feel for the area on that visit, we found a lot that we loved and Danny helped us negotiate the price with contingencies that were important to us. To satisfy everything we wanted, we had to extend the contract a couple of times until the seller was able to provide everything we asked for. Danny let us know what was going on through the process and has offered to help us if needed even after closing.
