He doesn't know exactly what he's doing. He needs more experience and to work on his professionalism. The way he speak can be a bit embarrassing and sometimes hard to understand. He doesn't answer calls nor rerurn them in a timely manner. I strongly advise against using him as a realtor. I was warned by others but chose not to listen.

Daniel Rodriguez is an amazing individual. His ethics and professionalism are beyond reproach. He's also super informed about the local real estate scene and the nuances of making a quality offer.
