From start to finish, Dan did an incredible job helping me with the sale of my home and getting the best possible price. He always made himself available to answer any questions I may have had about the process and to address any concerns that I had.

I worked with Dan when I originally bought my first home in 2013. 7 years later Dan helped us find our new home as well as sell our current home. He is very easy to work with and attentive to details.

Dan was a treasure as my real estate agent. He helped us navigate the process and gave his opinion when needed to put our mind at ease. Dan is extremely knowledgeable of the real estate market from pricing to listing and desling with the other realtors to contract negotiations and everything in between. We had a great experience.

Dan assisted in finding me a property. It was a challenge to find the property I wanted in the location desired on the budget that I had. Dan was able to hit all of these marks. Dan was tireless as we looked at many other properties. He would always meet me on my schedule as well. Dan was always responsive and very attentive. We were able to close in 45 days because of Dan's great attention to detail. ! I would highly recommend him and his company.

We LOVED working with Dan and would HIGHLY recommend him for anyone looking to purchase in the Candlewood Lake area. He was knowledgeable about the area. Was able to educate us with what to look for in regards to structure, cleanliness and what the inspectors would look for. He showed us houses for months and was easily available at most any time we needed or asked to meet, for a phone call, anything. It was GREAT working with Dan.

As a first time home buyer, we had lots of questions. Dan was always quick to respond and helped explain anything we didnt understand. He listened to what we wanted and needed in our new home and he always met the criteria. I would recommend Dan to friends and family looking to purchase a new home, and will definitely call him for any future real estate needs. Thanks Dan!

Dan was there for me from the start. Vary responsive and helpful. Without his experience I would not have closed on time. There was an issue with the buyers loan that all but Dan gave up on. He got the correct info on the laws to the underwriter. He was able to get it done after both attorneys and the buyers real estate agent said we couldnt close. Nothing but the best.
