He showed us many nice houses but he new we were looking for something very specific and he perservered. I will never forget the subject line of his last email with a new listing "this looks promising". He was SO right. It was perfect and we made an offer right away. He was easy to contact, walked us through everything as it was all done remotely. We did manage to go up and be present for the inspection - to meet him and to see the house in person. Everything went SOOO smoothly. Now all we have to do is move in. Not only did he support me every step of the way through the process of buying a home, over the course of more than a year, but he went above and beyond what is typical to make sure I ended up with a home I could be happy with (such as helping the inspector to move obstacles and barriers for a more complete inspection). Even though Dan was based in Peterborough, and I was purchasing in Keene, I never had an issue with scheduling viewings or getting answers concerning local-to-Keene inquiries.Throughout the process, Dan was a consistent source of solid information and helped to guide me through which properties were worth looking into, and how to best negotiate considering the current landscape. This was my first time buying a house and any questions I had Dan was either able to promptly answer or refer me to the appropriate individuals to speak to. He never over stepped and spoke on something he didn't feel confident addressing. Because of the Pandemic, we actually made an offer on the home without ever physically visiting. Dan, recognizing the unique circumstances, went so far as to give us a remote live video tour of the home, and continued the tour into the local community. Every step of the way, Dan insured we were kept informed and insured all our needs were met.
