He showed us many nice houses but he new we were looking for something very specific and he perservered. I will never forget the subject line of his last email with a new listing "this looks promising". He was SO right. It was perfect and we made an offer right away. He was easy to contact, walked us through everything as it was all done remotely. We did manage to go up and be present for the inspection - to meet him and to see the house in person. Everything went SOOO smoothly. Now all we have to do is move in. We totally agree with all the positive comments made by other clients, we highly recommend him, and we would definitely work with him again if the occasion arose!!! And we would give him more than 5 stars if that were an option!!
