We were new to the area and didnt know any realtors. And as corner as that sounds, he just looked honest. And man did we hit the nail on the head. It took no more than 1 week from verbal agreement between Daniel and I until we finally had a closing date on a land with the offer I wanted! From the very beginning, Daniel was able to provide me with multiple options that fit the criteria I was looking for. I am blessed to say I have found one of the best realtors out there. Not only was Daniel very attentive whenever I need something but he explained everything I did not understand and was always honest which is very important for me. Sometimes, for sake of time, realtors tend to run by the contract quickly (which I have experienced with other property), but Daniel was very polite and able to explain any questions I had. Daniel is also a great negotiator. He was able to save me money on my offer by being persistent. He never had any intention of going over my offer, instead he fought for the offer I requested.
