Daniel was vital in helping us get our townhouse sold. He is thorough, knowledgeable, honest, and with us every step of the way. This was our first time selling and during such an interesting and chaotic housing market environment- we knew we needed someone who knew what they were doing and could move things along. We have already moved out and winter was approaching so we needed to get this home sold quickly! Daniel is highly recommended in the surrounding suburbs so we had him come take a look at our home. He was happy to look at our place and he was so knowledgable in what was great- and what could use some work/be replaced. He knows what drives the value in a property depending on location/property type and many other factors. We took notes, got to work, and made a few small repairs. In a week we were ready. Daniel had an amazing photographer come in who made our home look like it was out of a magazine. Gorgeous photos! And it was on the market that evening! Daniel had the technology to keep us up to date on showings through texts/emails. Anytime someone booked a showing we had a notification. The notifications were rolling in one after the other! I lost count quickly of how many showings we had. On day 2 we had multiple offers (and showing appointments still kept rolling in!). Daniel gave us his honest advice on how to continue and we decided to request "highest and best" offers from all the prospective buyers. I never knew we would be able to get to this scenario but I was ecstatic! We received over asking price for our beautiful townhouse and I did my own research and am almost sure our home was the highest selling townhome in that complex! Anyways, Daniel kept in constant communication with us through not only the negotiations, but every single thing that came after it. He will be an asset to all your real estate endeavors without a doubt!
