He was very patient helping me to find the house that I was looking for and willing to fit my schedule for viewing houses, mostly in the evenings. During house walkthroughs Dan also provided me with great tips and advice for investigating properties. Dan uses innovative tools such as Dotloop to allow electronic signatures of documents (huge plus for people with busy schedules) and set me up with auto alert tools so I can limit my search to homes that fit my budget. Dan also put in the hours at odd times to draw up contracts to get on deals as soon as possible to give us priority in offers. I highly recommend Dan and I will be working with him more in the future.

I wanted to price my place at a lower price point but Dan convinced me the market was hot and I could go for a higher price. He was absolutely right and he has an excellent feel for what the market environment can support. Need help getting someone to work in your house. Dan has an excellent network of relationships that he can recommend to you. Including one I needed as the last minute to do some touch up painting.
