We highly recommend Deb Hilfman as a real estate agent. She helped us with buying a new house and selling the house we already had. In a market in which there was a short supply of good houses, it was helpful to have Deb as an agent to help us obtain the house that we wanted. During our search for a new house, she never pressured us to put an offer on a house that we didnt want. When we found a house that we liked, she helped with presenting us as buyers that the sellers would want to accept the offer from (which they did). Then Deb was helpful during the closing process by referring to us a competent inspector that she works with. Deb was also very helpful in putting the house we already had on the market. She and the skilled photographer who worked with her presented our home very well. Deb then was present during the open houses we had, answering the questions of the multiple people who attended. We closed on our new house and former house within a few days of each other. Having Deb as an agent helped with what can be a very stressful process.
