Dan made a difficult move seamless and calm! Our family decided my mother should move closer to us, which meant she needed to sell the land her father gave to her and on which she and my father built their home. Quite emotional! In this mix enters Dan. He was professional, cheery and always ready to answer our incessant questions. And the pictures he took of our home were amazing! I only wished he lived closer because I'd recommend him to all my friends.

Dan really served us well! He quickly responded to our questions and explained every step of the listing process. My mother had lived in her home for 50 years and it was not easy for her to move, but Dan made everything easy and calm. His pictures are amazing and really helped us get a better offer than we'd hoped. My only regret is that we don't live closer so I can recommend him to all my friends!
