ZillowDan and his team deliver. 100%+ Dan even worked on New Years Day when a serious issue arose at the house. I met Dan in the last week of December 2023. We listed the house and the money from the 100 % cash offer is in our bank today 13 days after the photos were taken and the house was listed. Long review: I used an online system to find me a realtor in the area of long term rental I wanted to consider selling.... Dan advised me what he thought the market was, found that the rental management company had neglected cleaning and event he front door lock was broken. ...THAT day, Dan put in new locks, gave me a market estimate range - we discussed and agreed on a list price... he got a cleaning crew, landscaper etc. in during a busy holiday week. ... Dan advised what (minor) fixups where needed for showings and then arranged his teams to have them all done in 2 days... ... Dan did not promise such a quick sale ... but everything he did advise and promise - was exceeded.
