We looked for about a year, viewed 30 homes in person, and changed our "must have" list multiple times. Daniel was patient and never pushy! When it was time to make an offer for the home we wanted, he was well versed in what was realistic while still looking out for us to get the best possible deal. In today's market, to buy a home for below asking price and it appraised for more than our price, that's unheard of. We were lucky to work with Daniel, and I would use him again no doubt!!

ZillowVERIFIED Daniel was outstanding to work with. The best thing about him is no matter how many other clients he is juggling he always makes you feel as though you are his only one. He is very knowledgeable about the market and will help guide you to make the best offer. We purchased two houses through him and sold one this year and each transaction went so smooth. When we bought the second house we had the septic inspected and found that the entire septic needed to be replaced and would be around $21,000. My husband and I thought the deal was dead until Daniel said well let me talk to the sellers and see if they would be willing to pay for the new septic. Daniel managed to get the sellers to escrow the money to fix the entire septic purchase and installation. We were so happy because we both could see ourselves raising our kids in this house. During the process, Daniel text me multiple recommendations for well and water testing and septic replacement. He was amazing to work with. If you are looking to list or purchase a home look no further and call Daniel you will be glad you did!

He was always punctual and prepared, friendly and professional, and nothing gave him pause. He was up front about everything that would be involved, before I embarked down the path to purchasing a home. He gave a clear timeline of what I needed to accomplish to make it happen, and gave me reminders when a new deadline was coming up. He texted, called, and emailed; whichever was most convenient for me. Close to closing, my lender decided to tell me that closing was not going to happen. To make a long story short; Daniel personally took over to make sure my lender did not drop the ball. He should be paid for training the lender I was dealing with. It's an understatement to say he helped make the purchase happen. It would not have happened without his help and dedication. The house I purchased is relatively cheap, so I am assuming the commission was not large, but he treated me like I was his most important client. I cannot recommend Daniel enough. Thanks Daniel.
