I bought my first house in August 2015 and Daniel my Realtor made the process very easy for me. I was unsure until Daniel called. I was adamant about not wanting to go under another 6 month contract. Daniel was so confident that he created a one day contract, got my home shown and we received an offer the next day for more than asking price. I could not believe it. We closed this past Tuesday. We did with Daniel, To call him just a Real Estate Professional is doing him a Great injustice. This man worked tirelessly on both getting us a new home and selling the old one. He showed us houses and when we found one we liked , he told us to keep looking until we found one we loved. He did not worry about the time he was spending showing us homes, and continually updated us on the status of selling ours. once we did find the one we loved , he coordinated with the Loan Officer to get the loan ready for closing 8 days ahead of schedule. Daniel treated us like people instead of clients and we quickly considered him more Family then anything else. The home I hired him to sell for me was under contract in less than 30 days (actually it was closer to 2-3 weeks).Because of issues with our Buyer, who was a first timer, it seems like we encountered every issue and hurdle imaginable. Throughout all of it, when most other Realtors may have given up to focus on an easier listing, Daniel stuck by me and made sure my interests were protected. The Buyer actually backed out of the purchase at one point, and Daniel talked him into coming back on board. Ultimately, in large part due to his creativity and tenacity, we were finally able to close and everyone was HAPPY!!I usually don't write fluff pieces like this. I am a full time real estate investor and had never used Daniel before selling this property. But Daniel proved to me time and time again that he was good, honest, and hardworking.
