ZillowVERIFIED Dan was our realtor for both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. He did an excellent job helping us with our home search. Dan was always available to take us to showings, customize home searches for us to ensure that we were able to see as many homes as possible that fit what we were looking for. He even made himself available for phone calls with us while on vacation. As far as listing our home, Dan was extremely helpful in getting our house prepared for showings and offered to come over and help do small chores around the home to get the house ready for listing. If you are buying or selling a home, you can't go wrong with selecting Dan as your realtor. 5 stars all around!

ZillowVERIFIED He always made sure to tell us crucial info on properties that we couldn't see online such as if properties were in flood zones. Very quick to communicate and very kind. He was patient with us picking a home we liked and understood when we had to reject a home after doing a search and finding a registered child molester whose backyard faced the one of the home we almost got as our children's safety comes first. Highly recommend :)

He was thoroughly familiar with the builders of the homes we visited. He took the time to continue the search. The homes were all very nice, but lacking in some area or another. When we decided to build our home, he was right there every step of the way. If any problems arose with the builder he would present our case and resolve the problem.
