ZillowVERIFIED In my mind, I am looking for a home in a nice area, for a reasonable price and beautiful. Dan Kalina, was given a mission. When I called him out to show me a house late at night. I took him away from his family at dinner time and he told me "I will be there for you". When I saw the house, it was not what I was looking for. The home needed too much work. I gave him an idea of what I wanted. Dan took the time to get me a list of homes in my price range. The list was about 200 houses, I was falling in love with everything he showed me. I gave him a huge list of possible homes I was interested in. He helped me weed out the best choice for what I was looking for. He took the time to explain everything to me and the process of buying a home. This is my first home and its a scary thought of making a commitment when you are buying your first home. In the end, I brought my first with everything I was looking for. He put no pressure on me.
