We worked with Dan for several years before we were actually ready to move. During that time frame he would touch base but no high pressure. When we made the decision to move he used his local knowledge to find our dream home. Our deal was contingent on the sale of our home. He negotiated a 90 day closing on our new home and a great price. Through the entire process Dan was professional and attentive to our needs. I first met Dan in 2015 when he helped me purchase an investment property, due to his professionalism hes been my go to for multiple investment properties.
