He is transparent, honest, and offers straight up options with recommended suggestions. Dan is not afraid of working and getting his hands dirty on moving or cleaning something that could be done in a more appealing way. He was able to get staging at reasonable price, and it was worth the investment. We had a buyer in short time and were able to close within a month even with some negotiations in the transaction.
