ZillowVERIFIEDDan Henry was highly referred to me by my daughter where he was the buyer s agent. We worked with him as a seller s agent. One of the things I liked about Dan was how quickly he responded to calls and texts. He is a man of his word and does what he says he will do with efficiency and speed. He truly represented us as a seller, offered us welcomed suggestions, but in the end, all of the decisions were ours to make. Through no fault of our own, our first contingent sale didn t end up going through but Dan worked with us to get the home back on the market as soon as we were ready and the home then was under contract in 4 days. He really worked closely with us every step of the way and I couldn t recommend him more as your realtor. He is the professional you want to represent you!

ZillowVERIFIED We met Dan by chance - When we decided to start looking at houses in the spring time of 2019 he was the one to show the 1st home we viewed - he was very friendly, knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted and more importantly what we NEEDED. We were rookies and he was not - he really guided us on where to look to double check things that he told us, very open and honest, which I appreciated! We took a break from looking and came back to it in October, when we were ready to look again, Dan was ready for us! Dan made time to make us a priority and that was convenient for us! ZillowVERIFIED Dan was really patient with taking the time to explain everything for my first home purchase. I was eager to pick a house and move in but anytime I had a second thought he d push for me to look at other options so we wouldn t just settle. He was also extremely quick to respond via text or call when we had a question. Going through the buying process for the first time I wasn t confident in what to look for but Dan was able to point out things I should check that I hadn t even thought of like the potential noise from surrounding areas or checking for pedophiles nearby..etc. He was always on time for appointments we never had to wait for him once and always worked with our schedule. He s a geat choice if your trying to make the entire process easy on yourself yet still know you re getting the best deal!
