ZillowVERIFIEDDaniel is a consummate real estate agent. He is a people person, hard-working, a great listener, resourceful, and tenacious in pleasing the client with the home he or she desires. I contacted Daniel initially interested in looking for a home in the Lake Elsinore area. We spent an entire day looking at homes and nothing available interested me. Over the following three weeks, he took me to see homes in several cities in the San Gabriel Valley area. Again, I wasn't interested. Retired, with children in Orange County, Monrovia, and Santa Clarita, I had many choices as to where I wanted to live. After not finding anything in the San Gabriel area Daniel took me to Santa Clarita and the surrounding towns listening closely to what I was interested in and the price range I would consider. We saw many homes and I still didn't see anything that attracted me there or in the area north of it. Daniel never got exasperated or tried to sell me on any of the homes we were seeing. It was the opposite, he wanted me to be satisfied with whatever home I wanted. I appreciated his attitude and patience and we became friends. He next took me to Green Valley, 20 miles northeast of Santa Clarita and I fell in love with the area and the small quiet community. We saw three homes and we found the one I fell in love with. He put in a bid and masterfully negotiated the price, followed up on the many things the seller had to fix before I moved in, and explained all the paperwork expertly. I love it here, I am relatively close to two of my four daughters, the area is picturesque, quiet, and has good neighbors - I couldn't be happier and I have Daniel to thank for being patient, understanding, and persisting in finding me the place I dreamed about. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a home. He is, as I said earlier, the consummate good hearted r eal estate agent.
