At no point in the whole process did we ever feel pressured by him and he would always look for what we thought was best for us. Contractors had left some paint on the new floors and he went over in advance to clean it up with some commercial grade cleaner he purchased. He also brought the garbage and recycling in. These may seem like small things but as a seller who didnt live in the home it was a huge help. Most importantly he implemented a marketing strategy that led us to have an accepted offer in under a week and then closed on the house the following week. ZillowVERIFIED Five stars is not enough for this guy!! When I was in the market to buy a home I had already gone through two realtors before settling with Daniel. What set him apart from the others was his motivation and his knowledge of the market. Also I would not have been able to purchase my home if it wasnt for Daniels negotiation skills. My home purchase was not an easy one. There was issues with the home, the appraisal came in much less than the original purchase agreement and there was issues with the title. Daniel really put me at ease during the whole process and resolved all the issues in order to close. I would highly recommend him.
