ZillowVERIFIED Wow. Daniel is amazing. This was the first time Ive purchased a house and I was doing it by myself, so I came into the process clueless to everything. Prior to even looking at anything, he sat me down and explained how the entire process of building/buying worked. He taught me the difference between the different types of loans, the breakdown of my potential payments, and worked very hard to make sure I got everything I dreamed of (which isnt easy with a house). He knew the answers to almost all of my questions, and if he was ever unsure of anything he had an answer for me within 5 minutes *every single time*. Daniel was patient with me, NEVER pressured me into anything, and has made this the easiest and most stress free process. I always felt like I was his only client. Yall, this is your guy!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
