ZillowVERIFIEDWe used Dan Butterworth for our first house purchase. We have nothing but good things to say about Dan! Very knowledgeable and personable guy, and will go above and beyond to find you your dream home! Because thats exactly what he did for us! Thanks again Dan
ZillowVERIFIEDDan assisted me with purchasing a new townhome. He was patient in showing me properties and has significant knowledge of the area. He was able to negotiate a significant reduced sale price with added appliances. He was responsive, courteous and honest. I would without hesitation recommended him and will use his services again in the future when needed.
ZillowVERIFIEDExcellent. Everything went smooth. Bought house at a great price and everything fell into place. From originally looking to the lawyer documents there wasnt a problem at all.
ZillowVERIFIEDDan is an excellent realtor with great knowledge and expertise. He responds quickly to any questions, knows about the areas in and/or around the Triangle, and truly cares about his clients. He helped me buy and sell 2 homes so far and will definitely be my go to realtor for any upcoming purchases or sales. I have recommended him to many family and friends, all of whom have had the same experience I have. I cant recommend Dan enough.
ZillowVERIFIEDDan is super patience and has his clients best interest at all times. We will use Dan again and refer him to all of our friends, who have already purchased homes with him.

ZillowVERIFIEDDan is a fantastic agent. He has been my agent on multiple transactions, for both selling my homes and buying homes. As a seasoned real estate investor, I appreciate when an agent understands the local market, can provide professional guidance during negotiations, that steers me away from potential pitfalls, who knows how to communicate with the other party effectively and can keep a deal moving along. Dan has single-handedly saved me thousands of dollars by simply providing good advice during my transactions. I highly recommend working with Dan on any of your real estate needs.
ZillowVERIFIEDDan and his brother Jim competed for our business against another solid realtor. Their clear strategy for preparing, marketing and selling the house was impressive. They managed a major 30 day renovation flawlessly. We sold the house within a week at a good price. These guys are the real deal if you want to get your home sold. They will get it done!
ZillowVERIFIEDDan was great! Hes a very kind, soft spoken, knowledgeable man. On a few occasions I had to call him during odd hours and he was nothing but responsive and helpful. That maybe sounds like a given, but the realtor I tried working with before him was not this way at all! Dan wants to make sure youre happy with your purchase. He really listened to what I was looking for and helped me land my first home! I couldnt be happier!
ZillowVERIFIEDDan is awesome. Ive worked with other realtors in the past and I will say that Dan is the best. Hes thorough, helpful, and very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
