Kristen was fantastic. She was our buyer's agent for our search for a home in the Port Jefferson/Stonybrook area. Kristen is a local and definitely knows the area and the market! We were on a tight timeline and, coming from the West Coast, basically had less than a week to tour the homes on the market. Kristen took us to as many homes as we could fit in a day and that were in the area and price range. At the end of the week, we had narrowed down to a few choices and we decided on the townhome in Port Jefferson and put in an offer. From there, Kristen and her rock star buyer's lawyer informed us of the process for moving forward. Our offer was accepted after the weekend and we proceeded at speed to get a home inspection done. That uncovered a couple of issues that our lawyer put into a contract. Again, we were on a tight schedule to close. Kristen and our lawyer were instrumental in making this happen in 6 weeks!
