ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Daniel to anyone wanting to begin the process of deciding to maybe buy a house. (LOL). That was where I was. I had never been in a rush to buy. My husband was past ready to start looking. It took a rent hike (by a great home owner from whom we had been renting for 5 years) to prompt me to look into how much it would cost to buy. At first, we started looking at other houses to rent. We looked for a few months, then stopped. Picked up looking for rentals again, then stopped again. Finally, when we started looking the third time, we decided the investment of time in looking might as be spent to choose a house to buy. We lived in Apopka. We looked in Apopka, Sweetwater/Longwood, Ocoee. We purchased in Apopka. Daniel helped us negotiate an incredible deal, and the rest is history. It's been almost two years and we still love, love the house we chose. Daniel is patient, kind, funny, sincerely interested in helping you make the right choice for you and your family. He is a good man and I miss his smiling face when I think of him. Choose Daniel.

But we decided we needed to sell our house in a bad part of town and buy a house in a good part of town, and managed the selling and buying simultaneously and have one depend on the other. I thought this seemed like an extraordinarily complicated thing to do, but to Daniel it was nothing. He took it all in stride and with a confident smile. He is very knowledgable and experienced. He answered all our questions and dealt with banks and title companies for us. He also dealt with all the small problems that came up between us and our buyers, and between us and the sellers (even when he was on vacation). I highly recommend his team. No complaints at all.

ZillowVERIFIED Bottom Line - Daniel is a fantastic realtor who gives a personal interest to his clients. When we moved to Fl, we intended on buying a house immediately. We dealt with several realtors who were just terrible. Then, our house sale in Va fell through which put us in a predicament where we would have to rent for a while and needed a rental quickly because the time at the condo we were renting was ending. We were close to being without a place to live. Daniel was the realtor renting one of the first houses we looked at. Although the house he showed us did not fit our needs, we told him our predicament. Later that Saturday night, I started receiving leads from him on houses for rent, and most of these were houses where he was not the realtor. He did show us a couple of houses, but regrettably we ended up renting elsewhere. When it came time for us to buy, I remembered how personable and compassionate he was and hired him as our realtor. I was not disappointed, he worked diligently to find us a house. After a couple of houses he knew exactly what we were looking for. We could not have been more pleased with his help. And he made sure that the closing went totally smooth. He is by far the best realtor you can fine. Thanks Daniel.

My wife and I were looking to purchase a home for the first time, and Daniel was highly recommended, so I already had high expectations--Daniel surpassed all of them! From being patient, knowledgeable and supportive to always being available and consistently professional and efficient my wife and I were extremely impressed with Daniel. I was dreading buying a home because I just didn't know where to start, and Daniel helped guide us throughout the whole process, sometimes having to explain things several times to help us understand everything. Daniel spent a lot of time helping us to find the perfect home for our family and going through all of the steps to get our first mortgage and did a lot of communication and electronic paperwork for us so our effort could be minimal. Throughout all of the process Daniel was efficient to the point that we never had to wait on anything from him, and if my wife or I missed even the slightest detail he was there to help make sure we were all set. Daniel provided some tremendous advice and strategy during this process at several key points especially regarding making offers and counter offers so we could get a great deal on our dream home. Since we had never done something like this we ran into all sorts of questions and concerns but Daniel expertly handled everything for us, ensuring us the whole time that we were doing fine and making sure we were comfortable. Next time I buy a house it will be an investment property and I know Daniel is the only person that I would want to handle this. However, I would not use him again for buying another house.He clearly did not know the specifics of the area we bought our house in and did not invest time to research it. Once we closed the deal and moved in, we discovered lots of "not very nice"surprises. Had we known this information prior, we would not buy this house. I do not think he did his job well, he totally lost my trust and for that reason I would not use him again or recommend him to anyone else
